Follow Up Associate II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Follow Up Associate II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigates and examines denial accounts utilizing knowledge of coding and billing
• Works closely with third party payers to resolve unpaid claims and medical necessity issues
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and confidentiality while performing assigned duties

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma
• Minimum of 1 year of healthcare revenue cycle experience
• Preferred 3+ years of collections experience
• Extensive knowledge in the health insurance industry and health claims billing
• Ability to work successfully in a team setting
