A company is looking for a Forms Completion Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete Disability/FMLA forms accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate with patients and physician coordinators regarding Disability/FMLA paperwork
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain professional relationships with clients
Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in a medical records department or similar setting
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and ICD-10 coding
  • Proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and PDF
  • Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
