Key Responsibilities
- Complete Disability/FMLA forms accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with patients and physician coordinators regarding Disability/FMLA paperwork
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain professional relationships with clients
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a medical records department or similar setting
- Familiarity with medical terminology and ICD-10 coding
- Proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and PDF
- Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
