FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Analyst to support financial management and strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of business drivers impacting the P&L and monitor performance
• Generate monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages and analytics for the Executive Leadership Team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA or CMA preferred
• 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, or corporate finance
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with NetSuite and Adaptive Planning preferred
• Working knowledge of GAAP and experience with Proforma reporting
• Exceptional project management skills and ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
