Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fraud Quality Assurance Dispute Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and assess the quality and compliance of Fraud Dispute Investigations
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on research and data analysis
  • Identify coaching opportunities and escalate high-risk issues to management
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Dispute Investigations experience in a financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of financial services operations and compliance regulations (Reg E, Reg Z)
  • Exceptional understanding of Fraud best practices and current trends
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
