Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess the quality and compliance of Fraud Dispute Investigations
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research and data analysis
- Identify coaching opportunities and escalate high-risk issues to management
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Dispute Investigations experience in a financial services environment
- Strong understanding of financial services operations and compliance regulations (Reg E, Reg Z)
- Exceptional understanding of Fraud best practices and current trends
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
