Freelance Creative Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freelance Creative Lead / Motion Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept and design solutions from brief to delivery, leading projects and collaborating with other Creative Leads
• Collaborate with project Producers to inspire teams and produce inventive work
• Oversee multiple projects, assigning tasks and monitoring progress while ensuring alignment with client goals and budgets

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a client-services environment, with at least 2 years in a creative leadership role
• Experience in producing material, not just overseeing projects
• Mastery of digital tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Cinema 4D
• Ability to provide clear creative direction and feedback to maintain project timelines and budgets
• Authorization to work in the US; preference for California residents
