Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience as a broker or transportation solutions provider
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and negotiate rates effectively
- Experience using CRM and TMS systems, specifically McLeod
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on building a book of business
