Job Summary

A company is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer Tech Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide technical direction and architecture for key systems and services
• Collaborate with engineers and product partners to translate requirements into technical plans
• Organize and facilitate engineering work, including sprint planning and technical design discussions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership capacity
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience leading a group of engineers and driving technical delivery
• Proficiency in at least 3 programming languages, with Python highly desired
• Strong experience designing, deploying, and scaling distributed cloud-based systems
