General Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Accountant to join their finance and accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice entry and timely payments
• Oversee travel and expense processes, ensuring policy compliance and performing reconciliations
• Support month-end close activities and maintain accurate vendor records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of general accounting experience, preferably in the software or technology industry
• Experience with ERP systems, such as NetSuite or SAP
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and core accounting principles
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with cloud-based financial tools
