A company is looking for a Genetic Counseling Administrative Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Triages phone and email inquiries from clients, providers, donors, and staff
- Manages donor and client records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documents
- Participates in data collection for reporting purposes and supports administrative responsibilities related to commercial initiatives
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree highly desired
- Knowledge of and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
- Aptitude for learning and proficiency in using relevant computer software
- Willingness to complete a Genetic Counseling assistant course after 6 months - 1 year of successful service
- Ability to work effectively from a remote setting and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
