Job Summary
A company is looking for a District Sales Director to support the Regional Sales Director in recruiting, training, and managing the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit new agents and follow up to ensure timely onboarding
- Train agents on products and selling tools, and communicate with independent contractor agents
- Attend meetings and strive to meet company sales objectives
Required Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid life & health insurance license
- High school diploma or undergraduate degree; industry experience may substitute for education
- Three or more years of experience in insurance marketing and sales
- Experience in managing and motivating independent or career insurance agents
- Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with common software applications
