Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Director of Sales to lead and grow sales efforts across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Medicare insurance carriers and establish relationships with independent insurance agents
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve growth targets and secure new accounts
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to the Executive team on progress toward goals
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in insurance marketing and sales
- High school diploma or undergraduate degree; industry experience may substitute for education
- Proven experience in sales leadership and acquiring new business on a national scale
- Strong ability to develop effective sales strategies across multiple regions
- Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating independent insurance agents
