Job Summary

A company is looking for a GitHub Copilot Coach, Sr. Consulting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on coaching to scrum teams to promote continuous improvement and a collaborative environment
• Host 1:1 sessions to guide teams on effective usage of AI tools like GitHub Copilot
• Drive the adoption and effective utilization of AI productivity tools within assigned teams

Required Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and practical experience in software development and SDLC activities
• Proficiency and interest in AI tools, particularly GitHub Copilot
• Skilled in leading, influencing, and mentoring developers, with experience in pair programming preferred
• Ability to adapt coaching materials and styles to various roles and technologies
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship
