A company is looking for a Change Management Analyst to facilitate smooth transitions and ensure successful adoption of new initiatives within the Enterprise Data & Analytics team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute communication plans for various initiatives and manage internal communication channels
- Coordinate training sessions and collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials
- Track success metrics of methodology adoption and prepare reports on change management progress
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in change management, communications, or training roles
- 2+ years of experience in a data or analytics environment
- Proficiency in website design and content management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certifications such as ACMP or PMP are preferred
