Principal DFIR Practice Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Practice Lead - DFIR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of proactive DFIR offerings, including customized tabletop exercises and CTF challenges
• Design gamified and interactive training formats using audience engagement tools
• Mentor a team of DFIR consultants and collaborate with Threat Intelligence and IR teams

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years in cybersecurity, with 4+ in DFIR or related fields
• Strong experience in leading incident response tabletop or simulation exercises
• Understanding of attacker tactics and incident response processes
• Familiarity with gamified training approaches and CTF platforms
• Consulting experience or client-facing delivery in a fast-paced environment
