Job Summary
A company is looking for an AVP MSP to lead and scale its Managed Service Provider business globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the global go-to-market strategy for MSPs with tailored approaches by region and service delivery model
- Build and operationalize a scalable MSP Partner Program including incentives and co-sell models
- Refine pricing models in collaboration with Finance and Product to align with MSP buying behavior
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in channel, alliance, or partner leadership roles
- Minimum 10 years of experience in building, leading, or scaling MSP programs
- Deep understanding of the MSP operating model and billing structures
- Proven ability to launch programs and drive partner growth
- Strong executive presence and existing relationships within the global MSP ecosystem are preferred
