Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute acquisition integration strategy and plan, balancing business needs with employee experience
- Create internal programs that drive mindset and behavior change in alignment with the firm's strategy
- Design and lead an annual strategic planning process to ensure alignment of activities with the overall strategy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar manager-level role
- Experience in the professional services industry or similar sectors
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
- Strong project, process, and people management skills
