Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions with successful integration leadership
- Proven ability to lead large-scale projects with a strategic focus
- Strong proficiency in analyzing financial statements and operational metrics
- Experience within a Fortune 50 company or equivalent scale organization is highly desirable
