The Opportunity
As the Executive Assistant, you’ll work closely with a highly respected Strategy Consultant who spends most of the week meeting clients. Your role will be to make this possible – from scheduling appointments and planning travel routes to managing internal communications and keeping key processes running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Scheduling and coordinating 2–3 daily meetings with schools and education leaders.
- Engaging with warm contacts to secure meaningful appointments.
- Managing calendars, logistics, and team scheduling to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborating with marketing and executive teams to align on shared deliverables.
- Keeping CRM systems, meeting agendas, and reports accurate and up to date.
- Planning travel routes to optimise time spent with clients.

- Confident and articulate communicator, comfortable building rapport over the phone.
- Strong logistical and planning skills, with a geographical mindset.
- Experience supporting senior leadership or client-facing roles is advantageous.

The Package
- Salary: £35,000–£45,000, depending on experience.
- Holidays: 20 days + bank holidays (willing to match your current allowance).
