Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Strategy & Operations Manager to enhance operations and support strategic growth initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a business partner for Sales and Marketing leadership, providing analytics and operational support
- Support implementation of lead scoring models and optimize data handoffs between teams
- Lead GTM tooling and A.I. enablement initiatives across Sales and Customer Success teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Data Science, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in RevOps, Marketing Ops, or GTM strategy roles in B2B SaaS
- Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives across marketing and sales
- Advanced experience with Excel/Google Sheets and basic SQL
- Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoominfo, and related GTM tools
