Director of Strategic Initiatives

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Initiatives and Impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of new regional initiatives
• Drive the strategic expansion of virtual educational content and programs
• Directly supervise and manage the performance of program staff and contractors

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in leading the design and implementation of complex programs, preferably in a nonprofit setting
• Proven success in self-led roles managing budgets and achieving goals
• Strong people management skills with experience in hiring and coaching teams
• Experience in program monitoring, evaluation, and data-driven decision-making
• First-person understanding of the immigrant experience or professional experience with immigrant communities
