Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in payroll management within a global corporation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience; Canadian Payroll Association PCP certification preferred
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
- Strong proficiency in payroll systems, particularly Workday
- Technical knowledge of global payroll processing and tax compliance
