- Define and implement the GTM strategy for new Education products
- Own adoption goals and performance metrics for these products
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Ops, Finance, Enablement, and Marketing

- Experience leading go-to-market strategy and execution for new or early-stage products
- Proven ability to own product adoption goals and build scalable processes
- Experience working cross-functionally with various teams to achieve alignment
- Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, high-growth environments
- Demonstrated strength in iterating on GTM motion based on data and feedback
