Job Summary
A company is looking for a Grants and Contracts Manager to strategically manage their portfolio of grants and contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and perform pre-award and post-award activities for a diverse portfolio of grants and contracts
- Manage large projects spanning multiple disciplines, ensuring compliance with agency and university guidelines
- Supervise other grants and contracts positions and support personnel, providing guidance on compliance and administrative requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience of three years in grants and contracts management
- Successful completion of the Research Administration Academy (RAA) and Advanced Grants Management (AGM) training
- Certification as a Certified Research Administrator is preferred
- Knowledge of federal rules and university requirements for managing grants and contracts
- Ability to learn and adapt to changing technologies related to grants and contracts management
