A company is looking for a Growth Marketing & Marketing Ops Team Lead to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion across B2B SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transition from sales-led to product-led growth, including the development of PQL processes and account-based scoring models
- Launch and manage lifecycle campaigns using email, in-app messaging, and other channels
- Optimize the self-serve user journey and support the transition from individual users to team-based adoption
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, focusing on growth or lifecycle marketing
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
- Strong data literacy and comfort working with metrics, dashboards, and reports
