We’re looking for a Social Media & Community Strategist to lead Albi’s organic social presence and community engagement efforts. This role is for someone who understands platform strategy, builds authentic relationships, and can turn real-world stories into social content that resonates with the restoration industry. You’ll work closely with our in-house video team, leverage our media room, and use data to continually evolve our strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Create platform-native content using voices across the company — not just our CEO — in collaboration with our video team
- Build community and brand affinity by engaging authentically with the restoration industry online
- Develop content campaigns and short-form series tailored to restorer audiences
- Run experiments to test new formats and engagement tactics
- Build spheres of influence and engage with industry groups, influencers, and customers
- Analyze performance data to inform content and platform decisions
- Align social efforts with broader marketing and business goals
Key Qualifications
- 3–6 years of social media or digital content experience, with at least 2+ years owning strategy
- Deep understanding of engagement, platform algorithms, and storytelling
- Strong grasp of the niche industry audience and ability to speak to their world authentically
- Comfortable working with video — directing, scripting, or appearing on camera if needed
- Experience with analytics tools and performance reporting
- Self-starter with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS or restoration/construction industries
