Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Marketing Specialist - CRO/UX Optimization (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Own the experimentation roadmap: identify opportunities, define test plans, and implement A/B and multivariate tests
- Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to implement UX and functionality improvements based on test insights
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with UX/UI design and CRO efforts in a direct-to-consumer business
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Optimizely, Google Analytics, and Hotjar
- Strong background in hypothesis-driven experimentation and experience running tests at scale
- Solid understanding of web technologies including UX best practices, SEO, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work and results from testing/experimentation
