Key Responsibilities
- Own pipeline creation across inbound, outbound, and partner-driven channels
- Plan and launch integrated campaigns across various platforms including email, paid, social, and events
- Track campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve efficiency and results
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing
- Proven track record of creating pipeline through multi-channel campaigns
- Experience working closely with sales and partnerships teams
- Comfort with marketing tools like ActiveCampaign, Salesloft, Zapier, and Webflow
- Strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and creativity to test new ideas
