One of our companies is currently looking for a Marketing Manager, Paid Search in the United States.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager with expertise in Paid Search to lead performance marketing efforts across Google and Microsoft advertising platforms. In this role, you'll design and execute strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue across B2B and B2C markets. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, creative, SEO, and web teams to create cohesive media plans and optimize the full user journey. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and tactical execution to scale growth through performance-driven media.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and manage Paid Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Develop and implement bidding, targeting, and keyword strategies to optimize CAC and boost ROI
  • Execute campaign setup, A/B testing, and continuous performance optimization
  • Lead multivariate tests across creatives, landing pages, and bid strategies to enhance conversions
  • Forecast and analyze performance by channel, audience, and region to identify growth opportunities
  • Deliver insights and recommendations based on KPIs such as CPA, CAC, ROI, and LTV
  • Partner with creative teams to provide strategic input for ad assets including copy, banners, and videos
  • Collaborate with SEO and web teams to test and improve landing page experiences
  • Proven success in managing paid media in SaaS, PLG, or eCommerce environments
  • Deep experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including performance forecasting and bid management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage seven-figure media budgets with measurable business impact
  • Strong grasp of CRO strategies to enhance landing page and funnel performance
  • Analytical mindset with fluency in digital marketing KPIs and metrics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in cross-functional environments
  • Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven culture
  • Salary range: USD 77,500 – USD 98,000
