Key Responsibilities
- Operationalize AI use cases across Revenue teams, automating repetitive tasks and enhancing workflows
- Build and maintain intelligent data pipelines that provide structured inputs for AI tools
- Create internal AI training materials to facilitate the adoption of AI technologies within the team
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced B2B software startup, with a focus on training and enablement
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or generative AI tools
- Experience with workflow tools like Clay, N8N, or Make for building outbound campaigns
- Fluency in data architecture (SQL, dbt, or equivalent) with a focus on automation
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS revenue workflows and experience in leading organizational change
