A company is looking for a GTM Engineer to join their Marketing team and scale their go-to-market engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Systematize and automate GTM workflows, integrating marketing and LLM workflow platforms
- Leverage AI to generate content and personalize messaging across marketing initiatives
- Run data-driven experiments to test new strategies for customer acquisition and pipeline generation
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years in a GTM, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or RevOps role with a strong technical focus
- Hands-on experience with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Analytics/AdWords
- Proven ability to use AI and automation to streamline GTM operations
- Experience supporting Account Based Marketing (ABM) motions at a high-growth SaaS company is a strong plus
- Bonus: Background in engineering or software development with marketing exposure
