Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Field Readiness Program Manager to lead product and competitive field readiness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own field readiness strategy and ensure consistent delivery of Sales Plays and product positioning
- Partner with cross-functional teams to launch enablement initiatives tied to key business objectives
- Manage and optimize content governance across CMS platforms, tracking adoption metrics and iterating based on feedback
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in enablement, product marketing, or GTM roles, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech
- Proven experience in building and delivering enablement programs from strategy through execution
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience managing or optimizing content systems like Flockjay or similar tools
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message
