Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in developing AI/ML systems in production
• Proven leadership skills with experience building high-performing teams
• Expertise in AI/ML model development using modern frameworks and cloud services
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and cost structures
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field; PhD is a plus
