Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of CRM specialists in planning and delivering CRM campaigns
- Manage the integration of CRM platforms and Customer Data Platform (CDP)
- Develop and scale segmented lifecycle programs to enhance customer engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in lifecycle marketing, preferably in a SaaS or marketplace setting
- In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms and experience managing a CRM tech stack
- Expertise in customer segmentation and data-driven marketing strategies
- Experience in customer acquisition, onboarding, retention, and reactivation strategies
- Familiarity with marketing attribution models and optimizing the marketing funnel
