Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product leadership experience in a high-growth startup environment
• Experience driving measurable results for B2B SaaS products, preferably with AI capabilities
• Familiarity with quality assurance, training, and feedback tools for contact centers
• Fluency in product analytics, feature flagging, and experimentation frameworks
• Experience leading teams of 5-10 and managing product and design functions
