A company is looking for a Head of Real Estate and Network Activation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive real estate strategy aligned with long-term business goals
• Oversee site selection, lease negotiations, and manage relationships with landlords and municipalities
• Direct facility design and network activation processes, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate real estate, facility development, or network planning roles
• Proven leadership in multi-site real estate and facility buildout initiatives
• Strong negotiation, financial analysis, and project management skills
• Deep understanding of zoning, permitting, leasing, and construction processes
