A company is looking for a Head of Sales - Pharma Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale a high-performing consultative sales team focused on pharmaceutical partnerships
- Drive revenue growth by owning targets and developing go-to-market plans and pricing strategies
- Serve as an executive sponsor for key accounts and cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders in pharmaceutical companies
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare technology, or life sciences business development
- Proven success in selling copay, affordability, or hub services solutions to pharma manufacturers
- 7+ years of team leadership experience, including scaling sales teams
- Deep understanding of commercial pharma operations and patient access challenges
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
