- Drive profitable growth and achieve new business targets by leading the LSC Business Development team
- Expand the customer base through new logo acquisition and foster long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with Marketing and BU Management to enhance market strategies and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in business development and achieving sales targets
- Proven success in leading sales teams across multiple regions, particularly in life sciences
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
