Job Description

​​​​​​We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Payroll Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts targeting businesses looking to outsource their payroll management. This role will focus on driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market share in the payroll services sector.

  • Develop and execute a strategic B2B sales plan to identify, target, and convert prospects into clients
  • Lead producers to generate their pipeline through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events
  • Lead producers to understand prospects challenges and taylor solutions for business needs
  • Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close contracts in alignment with company targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Implementation, Operations, Customer Success) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
  • Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline activity, and performance goals using CRM tools
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting payroll management

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and building strong sales teams.

  • Excellent communication, coaching, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and results-oriented environment.
