Health Insurance Sales Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Insurance Market Option Advisor to assist customers with health insurance options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding ACA plans and private insurance options
• Discuss health plan options, provide quotes, and assist with the enrollment process
• Make outbound follow-up calls for sales and retention, and maintain CRM records

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• Health and Life license within state of residence or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
• 1+ years of experience in customer analysis and problem-solving
• Intermediate proficiency with computers and Windows PC
• Ability to obtain necessary certifications and appointments across multiple states
