p strongAnswer inbound warm leads/strong from pet parents interested in our pet insurance policies.br strongUse a consultative approach/strong to understand customer needs and recommend the best coverage.br strongEducate customers/strong about policy details, coverage options, and benefits.br strongOvercome objections/strong with confidence and empathy, instilling trust in potential customers.br✅ strongGuide customers through enrollment/strong, ensuring accurate documentation.br strongMeet and exceed enrollment targets/strong, while maintaining compliance with insurance regulations.br ️ strongUtilize internal systems/strong to provide a seamless and consistent customer experience.br strongCollaborate with insurance partners/strong and maintain knowledge of Chewy’s pet insurance plans.br strongHandle healthcare and customer service inquiries/strong via phone, email, and chat as needed./p
pstrongWhat You’ll Need/strong/p
p✔️ strongActive Property amp; Casualty Insurance license in your home state (required)./strongbr✔️ strongAbility to pass a background check, additional insurance screenings, and fingerprinting per insurance regulations./strongbr✔️ strong2+ years of insurance sales experience preferred./strongbr✔️ strongAbility to obtain and maintain non-resident licensure in all 50 U.S. states./strongbr✔️ strong2+ years of customer service experience./strongbr✔️ Excellent strongcommunication and consultative selling skills./strongbr✔️ Strong ability to stronghandle objections and build trust with customers./strongbr✔️ strongFamiliarity with pet insurance/strong or the insurance industry is a plus.br✔️ strongTech-savvy/strong – Comfortable using multiple systems for data entry and customer interactions.br✔️ strongFlexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and potential overtime./strong/p
