Key Responsibilities
- Answer 40-50 inbound calls per day
- Process payments and update patient demographics
- Provide claim status and explain copays/deductibles
Required Qualifications
- Ability to interpret and explain Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
- Healthcare experience is required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service within the healthcare industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
