Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new enterprise clients within the healthcare collections and RCM space
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities targeting C-suite and senior revenue cycle leaders
- Lead consultative sales engagements to understand prospective clients' RCM challenges and collections strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (MBA or MHA preferred)
- 5-10 years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare, focusing on revenue cycle management or collections
- Proven track record of selling solutions into hospitals, health systems, RCM vendors, or billing companies
- Deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, including front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end collections
- Familiarity with EHR systems, billing software, patient access tools, and payment solutions
