Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Success Manager in Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building long-term strategic relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
• Lead end-to-end program management from data preparation through QA and delivery, ensuring cross-functional coordination and on-time execution
• Oversee the QA, packaging, and delivery of complex datasets, ensuring HIPAA compliance in collaboration with privacy partners

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in healthcare AI, ML products, or enterprise data platforms
• Strong familiarity with various healthcare data modalities such as EHR, claims, radiology, and unstructured text
• Strong understanding of privacy-preserving techniques for healthcare data
• Proven customer-facing experience with managing expectations and delivering technical outcomes
• Comfortable using SQL for data analysis and validation
