Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the development and management of mission-critical communications products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategy and maintain detailed roadmaps for product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launches
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and inform product strategies based on customer feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in product management, particularly with telecom or emergency response systems
• Proven experience with wireline call delivery systems, VoIP platforms, and location information services
• Strong understanding of 911 call flows, NG911 architecture, and PSAP operations
• Technical proficiency in telecom protocols, IP networking, and cloud-based infrastructure
