Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Specialist to manage Social Security applications and provide support to claimants in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain communication with claimants and manage inbound and outbound calls
  • Gather eligibility data, verifications, and medical records while managing professional relationships with agencies and clients
  • Submit documents to appropriate agencies and follow up on the status of claims
Required Qualifications:
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (speak, read, write)
  • Call center experience and/or de-escalation experience is a plus
  • Experience with government agencies and knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare is a strong plus
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
