Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist to provide technical support to clients and end users in an IT Service Desk capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide case creation and triage for all incoming events and technical support for desktop services
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues associated with end-user devices and software
- Collaborate with IT staff and provide feedback to improve service quality
Required Qualifications
- 3 months to 2 years of work experience or an Associate Degree from an IT Technical School
- Progress toward or completion of CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Fundamentals certification
- Understanding of basic Windows, Macintosh, and other operating systems and desktop hardware
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
