- Provide first and second-level support to users for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and management of IT infrastructure
- Monitor the performance of IT systems and applications to ensure optimal operation
Required Qualifications
- 2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with no degree
- Ability to achieve Public Trust clearance
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Experience with troubleshooting software, system integration, and network connectivity
- Experience with first and second-level user support for hardware, software, and network issues
