Job Summary
A company is looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to provide advanced technical support for the Epic electronic health record system in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for Epic applications and troubleshoot complex account and workflow issues
- Serve as the initial point of contact for IT support issues related to Epic and other healthcare IT systems
- Monitor incident resolution in ServiceNow and assist with user account provisioning and access requests
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years providing Epic technical support in a healthcare or clinical environment
- Proficient with ServiceNow or other enterprise ticketing systems
- In-depth understanding of EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts
- Experience supporting Epic applications is preferred
- Epic certification in one or more modules is preferred
