Job Summary
A company is looking for a Zendesk Administrator - Contractor (Virtual, CAN).
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage the Zendesk environment and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Coordinate the launch of new features and assist in the development of training materials
- Design and configure Zendesk workflows and maintain documentation for setup and customizations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of System or Application Administration experience
- 3+ years of experience with Zendesk development/integrations
- 3+ years of advanced knowledge of developer tools including Zendesk SDK and API
- Associate or higher degree in a related field
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desired
