Job Summary

A company is looking for a Helpdesk Lead to build and manage a new help desk function for a DoD capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build the foundation for future 24x7 support of the Joint Cloud program
  • Establish clear flow of mission partner requests and implement tooling to manage them
  • Hire and manage a team of support technicians and set up training programs for both techs and users
Required Qualifications
  • 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Management, or related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance or higher
